Call for applications for a kiosk and its terrace in Fontvieille shopping centre

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let a kiosk, listed as lot no. 278, situated on the ground floor, with a surface area of approximately 35 square metres, as well as a plot for use as a terrace listed as no. 279, with a surface area of approximately 48 square metres.

The location for use as a kiosk and the terrace plot are intended exclusively for the operation of a commercial activity, excluding any catering activity requiring the installation of an extraction system, which is strictly and expressly prohibited.

In addition, site visits will be arranged only at the following times on the following dates:

• Tuesday 3 March 2026 from 11.00 am to noon
• Friday 13 March 2026 from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Interested parties should download their applications below or collect them from the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, on the 5th floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco.

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by the deadline on 27 March 2026 at midday, at the latest.

The candidates' attention is drawn to the fact that only complete applications including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
