Call for applications for commercial or liberal professional use premises in "Les Olivers" building
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises listed as lot no. 191, situated in on the ground floor of the building "Les Oliviers", 11/13 boulevard du Jardin Exotique with a surface area of approximately 90 m².
The above-mentioned premises are to be used exclusively for commercial or liberal professional activity, with the exclusion of food activity.
Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the 5th floor of the building 5 promenade Honoré lI, in Monaco (Hall A).
The following documents must be provided by the applicant:
- An application form, duly completed, accompanied by the requested documents
- A digital version (USB key) of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form
Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by post, with the postmark serving as proof of posting date, or submit to the reception desk of the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 24 October 2025 at midday, at the latest.
The application includes the following documents:
- An information sheet on the conditions relating to the tender for applications and the rental conditions:
- An application form to be returned duly completed and signed by all applicants (and any associates in the case of a legal entity):
- A plan of the premises (strictly for indicative purposes only):
The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
