Checkmate: dare, learn, innovate

What if our relationship with failure also shaped our ability to innovate? ADIM, a partner of Extended Monaco Entreprises, is offering a workshop to rethink failure, risk-taking and decision-making in the workplace.

In our professional environments, the fear of failure can hold back decision-making, limit risk-taking, or prevent certain ideas from ever seeing the light of day.

With "Checkmate", ADIM offers a workshop designed to change the way we look at failure, turning it into a driver for learning and progress.

Through hands-on exercises, discussions and practical takeaways, the workshop will help participants explore their relationship with risk, control and the unexpected. It will also help them learn to bounce back from setbacks and reflect on how to balance high standards, responsibility and the right to learn.

This approach is particularly relevant at a time when experimenting, learning and being able to quickly adjust decisions have become essential to innovating and transforming organisations.
