Call for applications for commercial premises and its storage premises in Fontvieille shopping centre

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises listed as lot no. 269, situated on the ground floor, with a surface area of approximately 51 square metres and its storage premises located on the first basement level of the car park - zone A 14 - no. 01-39, with an approximate surface area of 15.84 square metres.

The commercial premises made available are intended exclusively for the operation of a commercial activity, expressly excluding any catering activity, in any form whatsoever.

In addition, site visits will be arranged only at the following times on the following dates:

• Tuesday 3 March 2026 from 10.00 am to 11.00 am
• Friday 13 March 2026 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Interested parties should download their applications below or collect them from the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, on the 5th floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco.

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by the deadline on 27 March 2026 at midday, at the latest.
