Call for applications for office or liberal professional use premises

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises listed as L1.198, situated on the third floor of the building "Le Monte-Carlo View", at 8/28, avenue Hector Otto.

These premises with an indoor surface area of approximately 57 m², also feature an outdoor terrace of approximately 10.20 m², as well as a cellar located on the 6^th basement level, forming lot no. 27.

The premises lot 1.198 being offered under this call for applications, are intended exclusively for office or liberal professional use, and for no other purpose whatsoever.

In addition, site visits will be arranged only at the following times on the following dates:

• Thursday 15 October 2026 from 10.00am to 11.00am 
• Monday 19 October 2026 from 3.00pm to 4.00pm

No further visits will be made.

Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the 5th floor of the building 5 promenade Honoré lI, in Monaco (Hall A).

The following documents must be provided by the applicant:

• A digital version and a paper version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form
• An application form, duly completed, accompanied by the requested documents

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 6 November 2026 at midday, at the latest
