Call for applications for premises lot R0-1 in block A "Résidence Héméra"
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises, provisional lot no. R0-2, with an indoor surface area of approximately 94,34 square metres situated in on the ground floor of block A of the building known as "Résidence Héméra".
The above-mentioned premises are intended for commercial activity, excluding any type of catering activity in any form, given that the installation of extraction equipment remains prohibited.
In addition, site visits are scheduled only for the following dates and times:
- Thursday 2 April 2026 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm
- Friday 10 April 2026 from 9.00 am to 10.00 am
Interested parties may download the application file below or collect it from the State Property Authority offices, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, on the fifth floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco
The following documents must be provided by the applicant:
- A digital version and a paper version of the application file and its appendices, to be submitted with the application
- Application file, duly completed, accompanied by the requested documents

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by 27 April 2026 at 12 noon. This deadline is strictly enforced.
