Call for applications for premises lot R0-2 in block A "Résidence Héméra"
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises, provisional lot no. R0-2, with an indoor surface area of approximately 105,64 square metres situated in on the ground floor of block A of the building known as "Résidence Héméra".
The commercial premises are intended for the operation of a food and beverage business of the following type: snack bar, salad bar, sandwich shop, bakery, ice cream parlour, tea room, crêperie, waffle shop, with takeaway service.
In addition, site visits are scheduled only for the following dates and times:
- Thursday 2 April 2026 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm
- Friday 10 April 2026 from 9.00 am to 10.00 am
Interested parties may download the application file below or collect it from the State Property Authority offices, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, on the fifth floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by 27 April 2026 at 12 noon. This deadline is strictly enforced.
