Call for applications for premises lot R2-3 in block B "Résidence Héméra"
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let shell condition premises, provisional lot no. R2-3, with an indoor surface area of approximately 306,65 square metres located on the second floor of block B of the building known as "Résidence Héméra", 5, boulevard Rainier III.
The premises being offered under this call for applications, are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical activity.
In addition, site visits are scheduled only for the following dates and times:
- Tuesday 17 March 2026 from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm
- Thursday 26 March 2026 from 9.30 am to 11.00 am
Interested parties may download the application file below or collect it from the State Property Authority offices, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, on the fifth floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco
The following documents must be provided by the applicant:
- A digital version and a paper version of the application file and its appendices, to be submitted with the application
- Application file, duly completed, accompanied by the requested documents

Applications should be submitted to the State Property Authority by Friday 3 April 2026 at 12 noon. This deadline is strictly enforced.
