Call for applications for three office premises in Honoria building

PUBLIC NOTICE

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let three office premises located in Monaco, within "Honoria" building, at 2, boulevard de Belgique, hereinafter described:

  • Premises for office, located on the ground floor, forming lot n° 1, with a surface area of approximately 250 square metres
  • Premises for office, located on the first floor, forming lot n° 2, with a surface area of approximately 61 square metres
  • Premises for office, located on the first floor, forming lot n° 3, with a surface area of approximately 47 square metres

There is no cellar or storage area associated with the above-mentioned premises.
 

 

Anybody interested should collect an application pack, containing the documents listed below, from Monaco to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9.30 am to 5 pm, to the State Property Authority offices, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian, or download it below:

The office premises can be visited at the following times on the following days: 

For premises forming lot n° 1

  • Wednesday 13 September from 9 am to 10 am
  • Wednesday 20 September from 2 pm to 3 pm

For premises forming lot n° 2

  • Wednesday 13 September from 10 am to 11 am
  • Wednesday 20 September from 3 pm to 4 pm

For premises forming lot n° 3

  • Wednesday 13 September from 11 am to midday
  • Wednesday 20 September from 4 pm to 5 pm

No other visits will be carried out.

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 29 September 2023 at midday, at the latest.

Applicants’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.

The State of Monaco reserves the right to reject any application received in response to this call for applications at its sole discretion.

The State Property Authority granted a State property occupation agreement concerning the premises lot 200 on the ground floor of the building known as “LES BOUGAINVILLIERS – C2” 11 Allée Lazare Sauvaigo, with a surface area of approximately 56 square metres, for use by "Beauty Concept". The premises are intended for the sole purpose of operating a "beauty institute offering permanent make-up, purchase and retail sale of cosmetic products and accessories related to the activity; hairdressing and barber services and the sale to professionals of aesthetic appliances".The operator of “Beauty Concept” has expressed the wish to exercise the right of repossession granted to her.The State Property Authority draws attention to the fact that the operator does not possess any business goodwill, in view of the public ownership of the premises.The State Property Authority is hereby launching a call to enable anyone interested in repossessing the premises at Lot 200 to submit an application so that the most appropriate candidate can be selected.

Energy management: lighting and air conditioning are the subject of new measures and recommendations

As part of its plan to manage energy use and following the public’s adherence to measures taken last winter, the Prince’s Government has adopted two new ministerial decrees on public and private lighting and on the use of air conditioning on 21 July. These measures are in effect until 30 October 2023.

In the continuity of its energy management plan, the Princely Government has just set by ministerial decree dated 10 February the modalities for the extinction of interior lights, as well as the façades, windows and signs of certain professional premises, which will be in force until 30 April 2023.
