Final reminder: update your email settings
From 15 September 2025, outgoing mail servers for @monaco.mc and @libello.com accounts that do not meet international security standards will be permanently switched off. If your email settings are not updated by this date, you will no longer be able to send emails. All users must check their settings before this date.
In response to the rise in phishing attacks and related risks, Monaco Telecom is strengthening the security of its incoming and outgoing mail servers for addresses ending in @monaco.mc and @libello.com. If you have one of these email addresses, you need to make sure that your email software (e.g. Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird)* is correctly set up on Monaco Telecom’s secure servers, on all the devices you use.
Accordingly, the operator has set up a dedicated page on its website. Video tutorials explain step by step how to configure your email software in just a few minutes, depending on the device you use (PC, Mac, Android smartphone or iPhone). Once your settings are updated, you can use the "Check" tool to send a test email and confirm your account is correctly configured on Monaco Telecom’s servers.
There are three ways to get help:
- Make an appointment with an advisor at the Maison du Numérique by calling (+377) 92 26 92 26
- Call Monaco Telecom’s customer service team on (+377) 99 66 33 00
- Ask Monaco Telecom’s virtual assistant de Monaco Telecom or via WhatsApp on (+377) 377 10 000
*If you only use Monaco Telecom’s webmail service via your internet browser, you do not need to take any action. Your messages already go through secure servers.
