Launch of the new version of the official Monegasque law portal Legimonaco.mc

Launched in 2007, the official website for the dissemination of Monegasque law, Legimonaco, which refers to all legislative, regulatory and jurisdictional texts and news, is undergoing major changes. With a modernised interface, new functionalities and enriched content, the new Legimonaco has been designed to reinforce public access to the law in the Principality while providing professionals with a real working tool of the highest international standards, whether at work or on the move.

The new version of Legimonaco.mc thus offers a whole series of new functionalities making Monegasque law more accessible to the public and allowing real time savings for professionals and private individuals such as :

  • A more efficient search engine providing relevant autosuggestions and equipped with filters for displaying results 
  • The possibility of consulting all versions of legislative and regulatory articles and provisions published on a given date 
  • Enrichment of legislative and regulatory texts with automated links to other related texts or applicable case law 
  • Optimised access on mobile phones, enabling consultation of Monegasque law in any context

Finally, this new site offers exhaustive information for local and international law professionals: constitution, international treaties and agreements, codes, legislative and regulatory texts, case law of the Courts and Tribunals, legislative works, legal news, court decisions, access to the latest official journals of Monaco etc.
