New director at Monaco Cyber Security Agency
In February, Bruno Valentin will take over as director of the Monaco Cyber Security Agency (AMSN).
Following the publication of a Sovereign Ordinance appointing Frédéric Fautrier as Director General of the Ministry of Interior from 4 February 2026, Mr Bruno Valentin will replace him as Director of the Monaco Cyber Security Agency (AMSN) on the same date, having previously served as Deputy Director.
The Government would like to pay tribute to the work done by Frédéric Fautrier at the AMSN since its creation in 2015, initially as Deputy before being named Director of the Agency on 12 August 2021.
Bruno Valentin joined the AMSN at the end of 2016 and brings to the role almost 28 years’ experience in tackling cybercrime and improving cybersecurity in both the public and private sectors.
His expertise in information systems security will be invaluable as Monaco, like many attractive countries, looks to guard against cybercrime and cyberattacks, which now affect every sector of the economy.
