PRESS RELEASE

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is making available NINE (9) spaces, designed to accommodate NINE (9) billboards. The spaces, which are owned by the State, are located at Monaco Heliport on Avenue des Ligures.

However, applicants may, at their own discretion, put forward plans that would make use of a smaller number of advertising spaces.

All of the costs and work associated with supplying and installing the billboards are to be undertaken at the sole expense of the lessee.

The lessee will be granted a temporary agreement to occupy state property which can be revoked, and this specifically excludes application of the provisions of Act no. 490 of 24 November 1948 concerning tenancy agreements for commercial, industrial or trade use, amended

Anybody interested should collect an application pack from the State Property Authority offices on the fourth floor of 24 Rue du Gabian, from 9.30 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays), or download it below.

The application includes:

  • An application form, to be returned duly completed and signed by all applicants
  • A plan showing the locations made available at the Heliport
  • An information sheet

The assessment of applications will take into account the applicants’ experience in this field and their motivation.

In addition, particular attention will be paid to the aesthetic qualities of the proposals for using the advertising spaces covered by this call for applications, which should focus on optimal integration with the site and meet the expectations of an international clientele.

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline of midday on 2 June 2023 at the latest.

Applicants’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
