Premises to let: primary care doctor’s office in the "Garden House" building
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises listed as L0333 situated on the first floor block B of the “Garden House” building, 4 avenue Hector Otto, with an indoor surface area of approximately 68 square metres and an outdoor area of approximately 42 square metres.
The aforementioned premises are reserved for use exclusively as a primary care doctor’s office. No other activity may be carried out at the premises.
In addition, site visits will be arranged only at the following times on the following dates:
- Wednesday 5 November 2025 from 3.30pm to 6.30pm
- Thursday 13 November 2025 from 11.00am to 12.00pm
Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the 5th floor of 5, Promenade Honoré II - Hall A in Monaco.
The following documents must be provided by the applicant:
- A digital version and a paper version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form
- An application file, duly completed and signed, accompanied by the requested documents

Applications should be sent in digital version and paper version by post, with the postmark serving as proof of posting date, or submit to the reception desk of the State Property Authority by the deadline on 21 November 2025 at midday, at the latest.
The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
