These changes are part of a drive to modernise public services, which is being led jointly by the Business Development Agency and the Digital Transition Office.

- Immediate email confirmation plus an automated reminder sent by text message
- Ability to select the reason for the appointment depending on need (starting a business, formalities, support, etc.)
