Un nouveau point de contrôle portant sur le niveau de liquide de refroidissement des batteries de traction des véhicules électriques et hybrides, rechargeables ou non, est ainsi introduit. Entrée en vigueur le 21 mars 2026, cette mesure permet désormais d’identifier une éventuelle baisse du niveau de liquide, y compris en l’absence de fuite visible. Elle complète ainsi les vérifications existantes, qui portaient jusqu’à présent principalement sur la détection de fuites, et vise à prévenir les risques de dégradation des batteries et d’emballement thermique. Au-delà de l’enjeu de sécurité, cette vérification contribue également à préserver les performances et la durée de vie des batteries, et donc la valeur du véhicule. Le contrôle du niveau de liquide est effectué visuellement. En cas d’insuffisance constatée, la remise à niveau doit être réalisée par un professionnel de l’automobile, le réservoir étant scellé pour des raisons de sécurité. La contre-visite associée est gratuite.Cette mesure complète les points de contrôle existants et s’inscrit dans une démarche continue d’adaptation de la réglementation monégasque aux transformations du parc automobile. Le Conseil National a adopté cette semaine le projet de loi n° 1.108 instituant la rupture conventionnelle du contrat de travail et portant modification de certaines dispositions de la loi n° 729 du 16 mars 1963 concernant le contrat de travail, modifiée et de l'ordonnance-loi n° 677 du 2 décembre 1959 sur la durée du travail, modifiée, fruit d’un travail commun.En introduisant la rupture conventionnelle, mesure phare du texte, la Principauté se dote d’un outil équilibré, sécurisé et largement attendu par les acteurs économiques et plus largement le monde du travail.Cette réforme offre une alternative aux modes de rupture du contrat de travail existants, limitant le risque de recours, tout en garantissant la protection des salariés. Le texte adopté actualise également les règles relatives à la période d’essai, aux délais de préavis et vient encadrer les contrats à temps partiel, afin de renforcer la lisibilité du droit et la sécurité des salariés.
