Monaco Boost is the new business incubator launched by the Prince’s Government in consultation with the National Council. Its purpose is to give a fresh boost to the creation and development of new businesses established by entrepreneurs who are Monegasque nationals or are married to a Monegasque national.
Understanding the process
Located in the Fontvieille district, Monaco Boost offers exclusive offices ranging in size from 10 m² to 30 m², as well as a number of co-working spaces, all designed to promote networking and collaboration.
The incubator also offers occupants a multipurpose space, two meeting rooms, a cafeteria, a relaxation area and an outdoor terrace.
Themed workshops, events and professional gatherings will be organised on site to help the selected businesses foster their growth and expand their network.
Workspaces
- Access: 1 day/week - Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Type of workspace: Non-dedicated desk in a shared space
- Monthly option: €95 excluding tax
Access: 5 days/week - Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Type of workspace: Dedicated desk in a shared space
Monthly option: €292,50 excluding tax
Access: 24/7
Type of workspace: Private office
Monthly option: From €428 excluding tax (depending on the size of the office)
All of the spaces made available are for office use only, with no storage.
The activity of real estate agencies is not eligible.
Conditions of the call for applications
Eligibility conditions
- Adult Individuals operating under their own name must be Monegasque nationals or the spouse of a Monegasque national (only for activities in the process of being set up)
- The eligible legal forms are: Sole proprietorships , Sociétés à Responsabilité Limitées (SARL - Private limited liability company ), les Sociétés en Commandite Simple (SCS - Limited partnership), les Sociétés en Nom Collectif (SNC - Partnership), and Sociétés Unipersonnelles à Responsabilité Limitée (SURL - Single-member private limited liability company)
- Where a company is making an application, the applicant must be the majority managing partner with at least 60% stake in the share capital and must be a Monegasque national or the spouse of a Monegasque national (only for activities in the process of being set up)
Applying for the call for applications
The call for applications is currently under way from 29 May to 26 June 2026 at midday, at the latest.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria set out above.
Terms and conditions for occupation
The successful applicant will be granted a service contract to be signed with the S.A.M. Monaco Boost for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement from year to year, unless terminated.
The type of workspace allocated will depend on the structure of the applicant’s organisation at the time the application is made, and may change over time.
Additional information
The SAM Monaco Boost reserves the right to ask applicants to supply any additional information it requires to examine their application.
Under no circumstances will applicants be able to seek reimbursement from the SAM Monaco Boost for any expenses they may incur as part of this call for applications, even if they are not selected to take occupation of the premises described.

Documents to be provided:
- An application form to be returned duly completed, dated and signed by the applicant
- A letter setting out the reasons for the application, dated and signed by the applicant
- A CV for the applicant and any partners involved
- A copy of a valid ID document of the applicant and any partners involved
- An extract from the Monaco Trade and Industry Registry dated no more than one month earlier than the date that this application is submitted or the current ministerial authorisation or a copy of the acknowledgement of receipt of the declaration of intent to operate a business from the Business Development Agency
- If the applicant is the spouse of a Monegasque national, a copy of the full marriage certificate, dated within three months of the date on which the application is submitted
- The company’s registered articles of association and any amendments thereto
- A forward business plan for the next three years
- An extract of the criminal records for the applicant and their partners dated within the last three months (records must be provided for all shareholders)
- The most recent balance sheet for existing companies
- Certificate from the Department of Tax Services and Social Security Funds of Monaco confirming that the company is up to date with its legal obligations
In addition, the applicant may provide any additional documents that he/she deems useful for the proper understanding of his/her application.
The application, duly completed, dated and signed by the applicant, file may be submitted to the S.A.M Monaco Boost:
- By email to the address contact@monacoboost.mc with acknowledgement of receipt
- By post (the postmark serving as proof)
The Monaco Boost team will acknowledge receipt of the complete application by email to the address provided in the application and will schedule an interview to assess the applicant's motivation and interest. Applications will then be reviewed by a Committee chaired by the Minister of Finance and Economy, and comprising representatives of the National Council, the Government and S.A.M. Monaco Boost.
Following the review by this ad hoc Committee, applicant will be sent a letter informing them of the outcome of their application.
Candidates selected by the Committee will be allocated an office or workspace within the business incubator suited to their needs and subject to availability.
From July 2026, new occupants will be able to benefit, from professional support during the launch or development of their business. They will sign a service agreement with S.A.M. Monaco Boost for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement, unless terminated, for a maximum period of 5 years.
They will thus join the Monaco Boost community of entrepreneurs, which has welcomed 98 businesses since its opening in 2021.
In addition to the partnerships already established with the Junior Chamber International Monaco, the Monaco Economic Board and the "Association des Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises de Monaco" (Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Monaco), entrepreneurs will benefit from meetings, workshops and training sessions on various topics related to the world of entrepreneurship.
