This workshop will offer an explanation of the difference between archiving and traditional retention, focusing on key aspects such as the concept of retention periods and the need for documents to remain intelligible over time, particularly when it comes to electronic archiving.
There will also be a reminder of French, Luxembourgish and Monegasque legislation, and a look at forthcoming European legislation.
