Call for applications for a plot of land situated on the east sea wall of the Larvotto beach resort and an area of water are to be made available
The State Property Authority hereby announces that a plot of land situated on the east sea wall of the Larvotto beach resort and an area of water are to be made available, exclusively for the operation of a non-motorised nautical activity, as follows:
- A plot of land situated on the east sea wall with a surface area of approximately 30 square metres
- An area of water with a surface area of approximately 20 square metres
Applicants should note that motorised craft are strictly prohibited from navigating in the bay adjacent to Larvotto beach.
The project to develop the premises must comply with the applicable provisions of the General Charter governing the Larvotto beach resort.

The application includes:
- An application form, to be returned duly completed and signed by all applicants
- An information sheet detailing the terms and conditions of the call for applications
- A plan of the plot of land situated on the east sea wall and the area of water (strictly for indicative purposes only)
Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on 14 June 2024 at midday, at the latest.
Applicants’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
The State of Monaco reserves the right to reject any application received in response to this call for applications at its sole discretion.
