Call for applications for office use premises - "Résidence Héméra - B" - R+1

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let unfinished premises, provisional lot no. R1-3, with an indoor surface area of approximately 343,29 square metres located on the first floor in block B of the “Résidence Héméra” building 5, boulevard Rainier III. The premises are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical or commercial activity.

Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco. 

The following documents must be provided by the applicant:

• An application form, duly completed and signed, accompanied by the requested documents
• A digital version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 10 January 2025 at midday, at the latest.
