FAQ for your online services
As part of the launch of the Monaco Business Office (MBO) and the modernisation of business creation formalities, the Business Development Agency has developed a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for economic stakeholders in the Principality.
Available online at www.monentreprise.gouv.mc, in the "Starting and managing a business" section, under the tab Frequently Asked Questions, this new resource answers the most common questions of people wishing to start a new business and other professionals.
Designed to improve access to information, enhance user autonomy and shorten wait times at reception, the FAQ was developed on the basis of feedback from entrepreneurs and the most frequent questions fielded by the MBO.
It is in line with the ongoing process to simplify the MonEntreprise portal, with the aim of better guiding users and reducing grey areas as they complete administrative procedures.
