NEWS RELEASE

In its report published on 23 January, MONEYVAL, the anti-money laundering body of the Council of Europe, requested that the Principality conduct a comprehensive census of all unclaimed companies within its jurisdiction, with a particular focus on non-trading companies. It requested that this information be released and accessible to the public, financial institutions (FI), designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs) and the competent authorities.

The Business Development Agency hereby informs you that a list of the companies concerned is now available at teleservice.gouv.mc/rci/ under the heading "Consult for free the list of identified inactive companies", according to the following criteria:

  • Any non-trading companies for which a lack of a registered office has been identified or for which statutory term has expired
  • Any trading company whose business license or declaration has been revoked or rendered ineffective due to lack of registered office or business activity

Nous vous informons que cette liste sera actualisée toutes les deux semaines s’agissant désormais d’un processus continu de vérification des sociétés immatriculées au RCI.
