NEWS RELEASE

Any Non-Trading Company entered in the Special Register of Non-Trading Companies must provide annual confirmation of its continued operation, within the month following the original date of entry into the register.

In the same declaration, the company must confirm the registration or amendment of the declarations, even if one or more amending declarations were already made during this period.

How do I make these declarations?

The form required to complete this process is available:

  • From the dedicated page, available 24/7, via this link
  • At the Business Development Agency reception desk (Direction du Développement Economique, 9 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco - Open from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

Duplicate forms can be sent to the Trade and Industry Directory along with the registration fee of €25 for a private non-trading company and €50 for a public limited company.
