Seized or Confiscated Assets Management Department and Bailiffs sign cooperation agreement

The Director of Monaco’s Seized or Confiscated Assets Management Department (SGA), Mr Richard Dubant, and the Bailiffs, Maître Claire NOTARI, Maître Patricia GRIMAUD-PALMERO and Maître Frédéric LEFEVRE, signed a cooperation agreement on 11 December 2024.
The purpose of the agreement is to set out the procedures for collaboration between Bailiffs and the SGA in terms of managing assets seized or confiscated, in particular tasks that may be entrusted to the bailiffs by the SGA, their annual distribution as well as the coordination of action.
On an operational level, the SGA can thus rely on the expertise of Bailiffs to assist in managing assets both when they are seized and when they are confiscated, in accordance with applicable laws.
