The completed form must be forwarded to the  Public Treasury, accompanied by the payment.

This can be done:

  • By a cheque payable to the Public Treasury
  • By bank transfer: contact the Public Treasury at (+377) 98 98 88 19

 

You will receive a receipt stating the amount, type and reason for the payment.
