Conditions

Regulated activities are those for which:

  • The law or regulation establishes conditions for access
     These conditions may be required of the entrepreneur (qualifications, professional experience, financial conditions, etc.) or conditions required of the business (permit to carry out a business activity)
  • The law or regulation establishes conditions for running the business
     For example, an antiques dealer must draw up and keep a register stating the identity and address of vendors, as well as the type and price of items

Lastly, some activities are not regulated but are subject to obtaining authorisation.
