Terms of delivery
To obtain copies of company’s articles of association, a request must be made to the Chief Registrar stating the reasons for the request. This is only necessary for commercial companies: SAM, SCA,SCS, SNC and SARL.
For companies in the form of SAM or SCA, you can also obtain a certified copy of the articles of association from the company headquarters, subject to the payment of reproduction fees (Article 6 of the
Ordinance of 05 March 1895 concerning limited companies and limited partnerships
