How to domicile an activity in a state-owned property

Authorisation to domicile another legal entity must be requested from the State Property Authority in writing.

The host entity must initiate the request. 

It must ensure that it can provide the following information:

For the host entity:

• Registered name
• Surname, first name and title of the director
• The address of the company
• The corporate purpose, accompanied by an extract from the Trade and Industry Registry
• The number of employees and the surface area of the premises
• Up-to-date or draft articles of association
• A plan of the premises showing distribution details of the surface area occupied by each entity and the staff envisaged

For the hosted entity:

• Registered name
• Surname, first name and title of the director
• The address of the company
• The corporate purpose, accompanied by an extract from the Trade and Industry Registry
• The number of employees in the premises of the host entity
• Up-to-date or draft articles of association
• A plan of the premises showing distribution details of the surface area occupied by each entity and the staff envisaged

Once the form has been completed, you should send it to the State Property Authority
