This procedure is exclusively for Traders, Companies and Economic Interest Group (EIG).

Understanding the process

Any individual registered in the Trade and Industry Directory must confirm the information declared upon registration or subsequent amendments every five years from the initial registration date.

Or collect it from the Business Development Agency (9 rue du Gabian - opening hours 9:30am - 5:00pm)

The application must comprise the completed, dated and signed forms, in duplicate.

It must be submitted or sent off to the Trade and Industry Directory at the Business Development Agency (9 rue du Gabian - opening hours 9:30am - 5:00pm) no later than one month after notification from the RCI.

It should be accompanied by payment of a €55 fee. This can be paid by cheque made payable to the "RCI" (Trade and Industry Directory), or in cash or bank card to the counter of the service.

The cost of sending the five-year renewal is €1.29, which is payable by the applicant and must be included in the final payment.

It must be accompanied by a payment of €75 for SARLs/SNCs/SCSs/Foreign companies and €100 for Sociétés Anonymes, payable by cheque to the Trade and Industry Directory, or in cash or by bank card at the Trade and Industry Directory’s counter.

The cost of sending the five-year renewal is €1.29, which is payable by the applicant and must be included in the final payment.

To get this form you can either:

Collect it from the Business Development Agency (9 rue du Gabian - opening hours 9:30am - 5:00pm)

The application must comprise the completed, dated and signed form, in duplicate.

It must be accompanied by a payment of €75, payable by cheque to the Trade and Industry Directory, or in cash or by bank card at the Trade and Industry Directory’s counter.
