This procedure is exclusively for Traders, Companies and Economic Interest Group (EIG).
Understanding the process
Any individual registered in the Trade and Industry Directory must confirm the information declared upon registration or subsequent amendments every five years from the initial registration date.
To get this form you can either:

- Or collect it from the Business Development Agency (9 rue du Gabian - opening hours 9:30am - 5:00pm)
- Download the DQ-NP appendix here (if necessary):
The application must comprise the completed, dated and signed form, in duplicate.
It should be accompanied by payment of a €55 fee. This can be paid by cheque made payable to the "RCI" (Trade and Industry Directory), or in cash or bank card at the Trade and Industry Directory’s reception desk.
The cost of sending the five-year renewal is €1.39, which is payable by the applicant and must be included in the final payment.
Once the application is complete, no later than one month after notification, it must be:
- Submitted directly at the reception desk of the Trade and Industry Directory at the Business Development Agency (9 rue du Gabian - opening hours 9:30am - 5:00pm)
- Or sent by post to the following address: Service du Répertoire du Commerce et de l’Industrie 9 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco
