Any person wishing to make intra-community acquisition of goods and/or purchase or supply intra-community services are invited to fill in the form below if they are dispensed from paying VAT (liable persons exempt from VAT).
To get this form you can either:

- Or collect it from the Department of Tax Services
Your form must be submitted to the Tax Division of the Department of Tax Services.
