How to register an application for authorisation to hire staff or to amend/renew a work permit

Applications for authorisation to hire staff or to amend/renew a work permit can only be made:

• Without appointment between 8.30am and 10.00am. You may head straight to the Office’s reception desk and register using the dedicated terminal
• By appointment from 10.30 am to 1 pm

To make an appointment, please follow the steps below.

You can make an appointment online using the dedicated online service.

The staff of the Employment Office will be waiting for you at the time of the appointment, you should bring with you the documents required to complete your procedure and if applicable a means of payment (cash or cheque only). 

The number of forms is limited to five per appointment.
 

If you are unable to make your appointment, please change or cancel it as early as possible. This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else.

You can cancel or change an appointment: 

• Via the confirmation email you received if you booked your appointment via the online procedure (recommended)
• By emailing emploi@gouv.mc
