Understanding the process
This procedure concerns a payment relating to a wage-withholding decision under the conditions set out in the Sovereign Ordinance of 04 January 1881 on the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (Deposit and Consignment Office).
To get this form you have to download it below (French only):
The completed form must be forwarded to the Public Treasury, accompanied by the payment.
This can be done:
- By a cheque payable to the Public Treasury
- By bank transfer: contact the Public Treasury at (+377) 98 98 88 19
You will receive a receipt stating the amount, type and reason for the payment.
