Understanding the process
For any relocation of headquarters or opening of additional premises or secondary office, you must first apply to the Business Development Agency for authorisation.
You must make an application (on letterhead) for authorisation addressed to His Excellency the Minister of State (signed by all partners if it is a Société en Nom Collectif), requesting permission for the relocation of headquarters or the opening of additional premises or a secondary office.
For relocation only, managers and partners of Monegasque nationality of partnership companies should make a declaration to this end.
