Any amendment of the data pertaining to the operator or to their establishment mentioned during registration on the Trade and Industry Registry (RCI) or any other additional information which is legally required, must, by law, be declared to the Trade and Industry Registry.
Understanding the process
Any amendment of the data pertaining to the operator or to their establishment mentioned during registration on the Trade and Industry Registry (RCI) or any other additional information which is legally required, must, by law, be declared to the Trade and Industry Registry.
Some amendments, if they are undertaken by Monegasque nationals, such as an amendment to the activity excercised, the opening of a branch office or the relocation of the establishment must be declared before the above takes place (unless the activity is regulated). If these amendments are not undertaken by Monegasque nationals, they must be authorised beforehand.
