Understanding the process
The Credit Guarantee Fund is designed to guarantee the assistance provided by banks in the context of the creation, transfer, cash restructuring or development of companies.
Only a Monegasque banking institution may request the intervention of the Fund.
The banking institution submits a file to the Department of Budget and Treasury which then forwards it to the various contributors involved.

You must supply the following documents:
- The duly completed
- Your review file containing your decision ( )
In addition to this file, you should provide the following, depending on the nature of the transaction for which the request to the Guarantee Fund is being made:
- Information about the project: product, expertise, market, customer base
- Information about the manager (CV) and where the capital comes from
- Legal arrangements adopted
- Financing plan, cash flow plan and forecast
- Where the company is a franchise: information on the franchisor and the membership of the franchise
- Information about the project: product, expertise, market, customer base
- Information about the manager (CV) and where the capital comes from
- Legal arrangements adopted
- Financing plan, cash flow plan and forecast
- Where the company is a franchise: information on the franchisor and the membership of the franchise
- Presentation of target and last two statements of accounts
- Information about the project: product, expertise, market, customer base
- Information about the manager (CV) and where the capital comes from
- Legal arrangements adopted
- Financing plan, cash flow plan and forecast
- Where the company is a franchise: information on the franchisor and the membership of the franchise
- General information about the company, its plans, its last two statements of accounts (tax returns) and, if necessary, the group’s consolidated accounts.
The file should be sent or delivered to the Department of Budget and Treasury.
