This loan is offered by the state to professionals in the hospitality industry who plan to establish or currently run a business in this industry.
The aim of this loan is to finance investments related to the construction, development, restoration, modernisation and extension of establishments in the hospitality industry that contribute to the growth of tourism in the Principality.
The maximum amount of the loan is € 200,000 and cannot exceed 80% of the value of the investment before tax. The loan has a fixed annual rate of 4% over a maximum period of 15 years.
