Understanding the process

To rent one or more parking spaces for a car or motorcycle in a state owned building you must make an application to the State Property Authority.

To obtain the form you can:

You must supply:

  • A copy of the vehicle registration certificate(s)
  • Bank account details [relevé d’identité bancaire]
  • A photocopy of your ID card if you are of Monegasque nationality. Otherwise, a copy of your residence permit
  • If you are making an application for a reduced fee for an environmentally friendly vehicle: the manufacturer’s certificate

The application must be submitted to the State Property Authority.
