You must send the completed form to the Department of Urban Amenities by post or by e-mail.

- Monte-Carlo district (maximum permissible laden weight of 7t5)
- Plati Street (maximum permissible laden weight of 6t)
You need to submit the request at least 3 working days prior to the date of movement.
You can fill in the form available either:
- Online
- Or collect it to the Department of Urban Amenities
