Any natural or legal person carrying out a professional, commercial, industrial or associational activity, and who owns vehicles that are registered in the Principality, is no longer entitled to benefit from these registrations or their renewal once they cease their activity or are no longer authorised to carry it out.
The procedure for cessation of activity will result in the closure and cessation of the activity.
They are obliged to inform the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office and to return the relevant vehicle registration certificates and plates.
Depending on the case, they may request that vehicles be sold or destroyed, or may have to comply with any measures taken by the liquidator or judicial liquidator, if appointed.
