PUBLIC NOTICE

The State Property Authority hereby announces that the following premises located at 68, boulevard d’Italie, on the ground floor of the Tour Réséda, are to be made available: 

  • A state-owned premises for commercial use, with a surface area of approximately 69m²
  • Premises for storage area use, with a surface area of approximately 25m²

The above-mentioned premises are intended exclusively for the operation of a grocery shop with a bread storage area, open all year round, excluding any type of food activity in any form (bar, snack bar, juice bar, pâtisserie, ice cream shop, tea shop), even if no cooking or extraction takes place on site and/or the business is a takeaway, given that the installation of extraction equipment remains prohibited.

In addition, the commercial premises may not be used to exercise banking or estate agency activities, a licensed profession or as an office.

The business must be in line with the Principality’s prestigious image, and should not, under any circumstances, cause any disruption of any kind.

The commercial premises are being leased as is, all work to fit out the premises will be conducted at the expense and under the sole responsibility of the selected applicant. This includes the work needed to ensure that the premises comply with all current standards and requirements imposed by the relevant authorities, without being able to request any rent reduction, compensation or the provision of other premises.

The premises available under this call for applications, which are part of the State's private estate, will be the subject of a commercial lease for the duration of three (3) years, in accordance with the provisions of the Act no. 490 of 24 November 1948 concerning tenancy agreements for commercial, industrial or trade use, amended by the Act no. 1.287 of 15 July 2004.

  • Collect an application to the State Property Authority offices on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco, from 9.30 am to 5 pm

The commercial premises can be visited, without appointment, at the following days on the following time:

  • Tuesday 14 May 2024 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm
  • Thursday 16 May 2024 from 9.30 am to 10.30 am

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 7 June 2024 at midday, at the latest.

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
