PUBLIC NOTICE

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let office premises, forming lot 2, located in Monaco, within "Honoria" building, located at 2, boulevard de Belgique, hereinafter described: office use premises located on the first floor, forming lot 2, with a surface area of approximately 61 square metres.

There is no cellar or storage area associated with the above-mentioned premises.

The premises being offered under this call for applications, are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical activity.

The premises in question, which are part of the State's private estate, will be the subject of an office lease for the duration of five (5) years, in accordance with the provisions of the Act no. 1.433 of 8 November 2016 establishing the concept of an office lease, and therefore excluding the application of provisions in Act no. 490 of 24 November 1948 amended, concerning tenancy agreements for commercial, industrial or trade use

The premises are being leased as is, in the state shown on the plan attached to this call for applications, without prejudice to the totality of the improvements and work required to ensure compliance with standards, all of which remains the sole responsibility of the applicant.

The lessee’s attention is drawn to the fact that prior to the development of the premises, they will have to submit a construction permit to the State Property Authority, particularly with respect to the absence of a double-door entrance to the toilets of the premises, which must obtain prior approval from the State Property Authority.

All costs and works relating to the fitout of the office premises shall be borne exclusively by the successful applicant. This includes works required to bring the premises into compliance with all applicable standards and any requirements imposed by the relevant authorities. 

Anybody interested can collect all the application documents from the State Property Authority offices at 5, Promenade Honoré II, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm or download it below.

The office premises can be visited at the following times on the following days

  • Wednesday 14 May 2025 from 9.00am to 10.00am
  • Monday 26 May 2025 from 2.00pm to 3.00pm

No other visits will be carried out.

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 30 May 2025 at midday, at the latest.

Applicants’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.

The State of Monaco reserves the right to reject any application received in response to this call for applications at its sole discretion.

The State Property Authority announces that it has granted the limited liability company LE TAROT a State property occupation agreement on a short-term basis for the premises forming lot n°285, with a surface area of approximately 86 square metres, situated on the ground floor of Fontvieille shopping centre, operating under the trading name of "LE TAROT". The premises are designated exclusively for: "the sale of newspapers, books, stationery, items for smoking, lottery tickets, PMU bets and tobacco".
