Call for applications for premises intended exclusively for use as a restaurant, located at 97-98, bd du Jardin Exotique

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises in a rough, unfinished condition, with an indoor surface area of approximately 584 square metres located on level G+l of the Entrée de Ville Ouest Supérieure (Upper West City Entrance) development at 97-98, boulevard du Jardin Exotique in Monaco. These premises are intended exclusively for use as a restaurant, ideally offering three services (breakfast, lunch and evening); they may not be used to conduct any other business of any kind.

Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco.

The following documents must be provided by the applicant:

• An application file, duly completed accompanied by the requested documents
• A digital version of the application file and its appendices, to be submitted with the application file

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 28 March 2025 at midday, at the latest.

The application includes the following documents:

• An information sheet on the conditions relating to the tender for applications and the rental conditions

• An application file to be returned duly completed and signed by the applicant (and any associates in the case of a legal entity)

• A draft occupancy agreement with no contractual value

• A plan and description of the premises

The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
