Call for applications for premises lot 58 in the "Grand Palais" building
The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises lot 58, with a surface area of approximately 145,68 square metres located on the ground floor "Le Grand Palais" building, 12, boulevard d’Italie. The premises are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical activity.
Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco.
The following documents must be provided by the applicant:
- An application form, duly completed and signed by all applicants, accompanied by the requested documents
- A digital version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form
Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 15 March 2024 at midday, at the latest.
The application includes the following documents:
- An information sheet on the conditions relating to the tender for applications and the rental conditions
- An application form
- A draft office lease for office use with no contractual value
The candidates’ attention is drawn to the fact that only complete packs including absolutely all the documents required will be considered.
