Call for applications for premises lot R0-4 located on the ground floor in block B of the "Résidence Héméra" building

Following the call for applications published in the Official Journal on 6 and 13 December 2024 regarding the lease of premises in a rough, unfinished condition, provisional lot no. R0-4 with an indoor surface area of approximately 235,25 square metres located on the ground floor in block B of the "Résidence Héméra" building, 5, boulevard Rainier III, the State Property Authority is extending the deadline for submitting applications until 14 February 2025 at midday, at the latest, and is offering two dates for visits.

Please remember that these premises are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical or commercial activity.

In addition, site visits will be arranged only at the following times on the following dates:

• Wednesday 29 January 2025 from 4pm to 5.30pm
• Wednesday 5 February 2025 from 9.30am to 11am

Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian in Monaco. 

The following documents must be provided by the applicant:

• An application file, duly completed and signed, accompanied by the requested documents
• A digital version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form
