Call for interest - Premises for commercial use on the ground floor of ZAC Saint Antoine

The Societe Domaniale d'Exploitation announces that it is offering for rent commercial premises, with a surface area of approximately 1,273 m² in Cap d’Ail on the ground floor of the "Z.A.C. Saint Antoine" complex on Avenue Marquet 

These premises are being offered exclusively for the operation of a leisure centre offering fun activities aimed at children, teenagers and adults, such as bowling as well as a snack bar. The latter is to be operated solely as an add-on facility, for the exclusive use of leisure centre patrons, and frying or other cooking methods which require extraction of smoke or oil fumes is not permitted.

Anyone interested in the allocation of these premises should:

• Collect their application from the Societe Domaniale D’exploitation, on the fourth floor of 24 rue du Gabian from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm

Duly completed applications must be returned by Friday 14 February at midday, at the latest.
