Premises for office use to be rented in Block C of the "Grand Ida" building

The State Property Authority hereby announces that it is to let premises,  provisional lot no. R2-4, with an interior surface area of approximately 332,48 square metres and an exterior surface area of approximately 16.71 m² located in block C of the "Grand Ida" building on boulevard Rainier III/rue Plati. The premises are intended exclusively for office use as part of a professional activity, including a self-employed or medical activity.

Anybody interested should download their applications below or collect it to the State Property Authority offices, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30 am to 5 pm, on the fourth floor of 24, rue du Gabian, in Monaco. 

The following documents must be provided by the applicant:

• An application form, duly completed, accompanied by the requested documents
• A digital version of the application form and its appendices, to be submitted with the application form

Applications should be sent to the State Property Authority by the deadline on Friday 5 April 2024 at midday, at the latest.
