The Prince’s Government is improving and modernising the relationship between the Department of Employment and its users
The current online service for submitting job offers is being replaced on 11 November 2024 by an employer area.
This area will be accessible via Monguichet, and will offer some new functionality:
- A collaborative space where employers will be able to:
- Manage access rights for their employees so that they can monitor job offers
- Chat directly with teams at the Department of Employment
- • Access online services 24/7:
- Submit job offers online
- Monitor the status of their job offers in real time
- Review and provide feedback on applications put forward by the Employment Office
- • Put forward the successful applicant
Another new feature available from 11 November 2024:
In the event that a job offer cannot be filled within the statutory period, in the absence of priority applicants, employers may, if they wish, publish the offer on the new webpage designed specifically for "advertised" job offers.
Job offers that are not filled may be viewed by anyone who wishes to do so on the dedicated webpage on Monservicepublic.mc. This new page will enable employers to increase the visibility of their recruitment needs, and help applicants to find employment opportunities.
