From 10 April 2023, the Department of Employment is introducing a new form to be used by employers in the Principality when renewing or updating a work permit.

To simplify administrative formalities for employers, only the following changes need to be declared using the new form :

Change of qualification
Change of contract type/duration
Change to working times
Change to teleworking conditions
Change of civil status

Submit this form to obtain a new work permit. In the event of a change in the employee’s family circumstances, a declaration should be made to the Monaco Social Security Funds.
