Understanding the process
The "Monaco Welcome Certified" label is aimed at anyone in the Principality who is involved in offering a welcome and would like to improve the quality of this welcome.
Those involved have been grouped by "sectors of activity":
- Estate agents
- Associations that receive the public
- Other service activities
- Retailers
- Financial and insurance businesses
- The hotel trade
- The restaurant trade
- Personal services
- Cultural and touristic sites
- Transport
Certification is first and foremost a voluntary scheme, based on a state of mind and a real desire to make improvements.
First of all, reply to the online self-assessment questionnaire.
Once you have completed the self-assessment stage (if you score higher than 90%), you can register on line to request validation of your self assessment.
Once the results have been validated by a mystery client, you will be awarded the "Monaco Welcome Certified" for a period of 3 years.
Once you have been awarded the label, communications tools will be made available to you to highlight your activities and your involvement in improving the welcome offered in the Principality.
