The aim of the “Monaco Welcome Certified” label is to promote a high standard of welcome in the private and public sectors in order to create a "Made in Monaco" welcome.
A label which recognises, enhances and maintains the quality of the welcome offered in the Principality
Implementing and respecting various criteria will enable those involved in offering a welcome (professionals in the hotel and restaurant trade, traders, cultural and touristic sites, transport, etc.) to obtain the "Monaco Welcome Certified" label.
The aim of this label is to highlight the efforts of economic players in the Principality who are committed to offering an excellent welcome and also to offer clients reliable, standardised and objective information on the quality of the welcome offered in Monaco.
To evaluate the quality of the welcome offered by your establishment, various quality standards have been identified:
- The accessibility and quality of the exterior
- Welcome in situ
- Welcome in person
- Welcome by telephone
- Measures aimed at improving the quality of the welcome offered
